I've lost it

I think I've lost my passion for scrapbooking. In fact the only scrapping I've done has been for the Scrapboxx Newsletters. Maybe it's a faze, but the strange thing is that I've continued to buy product (not much), thinking that would inspire me, but it hasn't. We have been concentrating on much larger priorities over the past 6 months and now that our house is sold it's all steam ahead again. It's been almost 3 years since we last built and we're all really excited about about our new project. Jason's business "Living Abode" has really taken off and he currently has 2 major reno's on the go as well as landscaping design projects. He's in his element and it's wonderful to see him so happy and content with how everything is going.
We're currently looking for a house to rent and land to buy (in that order). We have to be out of here by the 31st August and we're looking at a few places tomorrow - fingers crossed. Next week will be the start of packing boxes - yay! gee, I look forward to this part - NOT! I do however, highly recommend moving often as you tend to cull junk and that way there's less to move, lol.
I had Charlotte at the Wesley Emergency at the very early hours of this morning. She had constant vomiting poor baby and we both barely had any shut eye last night. She did start to improve today around lunch time and she's now fast asleep in bed.
Over the holidays we had the fun and pleasure of puppy sitting Bette's (our realestate and now good friend's) dog Oscar. We've all fallen in love with his placid personality and cute face and once we are all settled, we're seriously considering getting one just like him. He's a Cavoodle.

Bye for now
Nikala.

Glad to hear your house sold and you are enjoying looking and everything it brings.
Hi there,
I found you via Flickr. I don't think it's bad or strange to grow tired of something for a while or to change directions - perhaps you've felt restricted somehow and you're changing or need time to grow / relax / see what you want? I suppose that's the way it is with my writing at the moment. I keep creating visual images even though I want to be able to sit down and write - but do I really want to write at the moment or do I think I SHOULD be writing?
Nice blog :) :)
